Jackson County Water Company provides safe drinking water to our customers throughout rural Jackson County. Our water quality is regulated and monitored by the Ohio EPA. Our administrative and financial operations are monitored and regulated by the USDA-RD.

Fees - Jackson County Water standard tap fees for a ¾” residential service are $1000.00. Road crossings are an additional $250.00. 1" service installation fees are $1500.00, with road crossings costing an additional $250.00. Larger meter services and additional work can result in these costs being higher.

Penalties -  Accounts not paid by the due date on the bill will be assessed a 10% late fee, the account will be assessed an additional 2% for each consecutive month the account previous balance goes unpaid.

Facilities -  Jackson County Water Company business office is located at 124 W. Huron Street, Jackson, Ohio.

Jackson County Water has a drive-thru for your convenience located on the west side of our office on Huron Street.

Jackson County Water also has a night deposit lock-box located within the drive-thru for after hours payments of check or money orders.

Jackson County Water has a Community Room located in the office building on Huron Street in Jackson, Ohio. The room, which seats approximately 50 people, is equipped with a sink and small refrigerator,  is available for use by the public by reservation for a nominal fee.
